آشنایی با مهمترین استانداردهای رایج و کاربردی در پایپینگ
بطور کلی استانداردهایی که تعریف و تدوین می شوند الزامات و قواعدی در خصوص طراحی، ساخت، ابعاد و متریال ، تست و بازرسی تجهیزات مختلف ارائه می نمایند که در حوزه پایپینگ، این استانداردها به تجهیزاتی شامل شیرآلات صنعتی (ولو)، لوله ها، فلنج، اتصالات، گسکت و … می پردازند.
این استانداردها توسط سازمان ها و مراجع معتبر کشورهای مختلف هرساله منتشر می شوند. مجموعه استانداردهای ANSI، ASME، API،NACE ، MSS ، NFPA، UL/FM در آمریکا، استانداردهای DIN در آلمان، ISO و EN در اروپا، BSدر انگلیس، JIS در ژاپن و ISIRI در ایران.
مهمترین این استانداردها در حوزه پایپینگ عبارتند از :
- استانداردهای ANSI/ ASME
American Society of Mechanical Engineers
انجمن آمریکایی مهندسان مکانیک، یک انجمن حرفه ای است. این انجمن یک جامعه مهندسی ، سازمان استاندارد ، تحقیق و توسعه و ارائه دهنده آموزشی محسوب میگردد ASME دارای بیش از 14.000 عضو در 158 کشور جهان است.
American National Standards Institute
موسسه استاندارد ملی آمریکا ، یک سازمان خصوصی غیر انتفاعی است که نظارت بر توسعه استاندارد های محصولات، خدمات ، سیستم ها و پرسنل در ایالات متحده را برعهده دارد.
استانداردهای ASME به کد ها و سکشن ها (SECTION) تقسیم بندی میشوند .کدهای پایپینگ الزاماتی برای طراحی، ساخت، تست و بازرسی لوله‌ها، فیتینگ ها و سیستم‌های پایپینگ تعریف می‌کنند. دسته بندی استانداردهای ASME به شرح ذیل است:
کدهای پایپینگ سری B31 در خصوص طراحی تجهیزات فرآیندی، B16 در مورد ابعاد و متریال و سری B36 در مورد ابعاد و تلرانس لوله ها می باشد.

API مخففPetroleum Institute American
بزرگترین انجمن تجاری نفت و گاز طبیعی آمریکا است. استانداردهای API بر تولید، پالایش و توزیع محصولات نفت خام و پتروشیمی تمرکز دارند. قسمتهایی که به صنعت پایپینگ در این استاندارد اختصاص یافته، معمولاً مهمترین و پرکاربردترین استانداردهای پایپینگ به شمار می روند. مدارک API به سه بخش اسپک (SPEC) ، استاندارد (STD)، و پیشنهاد فنی (RP) تقسیم میشود.

استانداردهای پایپینگ و متریال و فیتینگ های مرتبط که به وسیله جامعه استاندارد سازی (Manufacturer’s Standardization Society) توسعه یافته است.
استانداردهای MSS در کاربردهای صنعتی عمومی به کار می‌روند. صنعت خطوط انتقال (pipeline) از این استانداردهای اجزای پایپینگ و تایید کیفیت استفاده گسترده‌ای می‌کند.

استاندارد DIN مخفف کلمه Deutsches Institut für Normung است که به معنای موسسه استاندارد آلمان میباشد و عضو سازمان ISO نیز می باشد. DIN یک انجمن آلمانی ثبت شده است که مقر آن در برلین است. در حال حاضر حدود 30 هزار استاندارد DIN وجود دارد که تقریبا همه زمینه های فناوری را پوشش می دهد. از جمله استانداردهای مهم DIN در حوزه پایپینگ و شیرآلات عبارتست از:
